DONATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Purpose
These Terms govern donations made to Venezuela Te Necesita.
By making a donation, you agree to these Terms.
2. Use of Donations
Donations support the humanitarian activities of the association, including:
medical supplies;
food assistance;
emergency relief;
logistics and humanitarian aid distribution.
Funds may be reallocated to similar humanitarian projects if circumstances require or if a campaign has already achieved its objective.
3. Payments
Donations are processed through secure fundraising platforms, including GoFundMe and, where applicable, HelloAsso.
4. Refunds
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable, except in the event of an obvious payment error or where required by the payment platform's policies.
5. Tax Receipts
Tax receipts are issued only where the association is legally authorised to do so under French law.
